1. Order Cancellation

🔹 Cancellation Before Shipping

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

🔹 Cancellation After Shipping

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• In such cases, you may refer to our return policy (if applicable).

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

✅ Eligible for Refund

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Order cancelled within allowed time
• Item out of stock after payment

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after shipping
• Minor color variations due to screen display
• Customized or special order jewellery
• Products damaged due to misuse

3. Return Conditions (If Applicable)

• Product must be unused
• Must be returned in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video may be required for damaged claims

4. Refund Processing Time

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your bank or payment provider
• If still not received, contact us directly
